Country Fit 1.0

A 6-week hybrid run + strength program designed to take you from beginner running to confidently completing 5km - and beyond. Country Fit 1.0 blends structured strength training with progressive running to build endurance, speed, power, and full-body resilience.

The farm fit core challenge is a 4 week program designed to strengthen your core inside and out, no gym required.
This is designed to fit in with your current lifestyle, you can add it to the end of your workout, or you can do it at the end of your day in front of your favourite tv show. You will improve your posture, stability, and feel stronger for everyday life on and off the farm. I have kept it simple, short sessions, and habit stacking mindful tips that you can include into your daily habits, and accountability so you actually finish.
Each session is designed for real life. Miss a day? Just pick up where you left off. The Farm Fit Core Challenge focuses consistency and quality, building long term strength you can truly feel in your core.

I created Farm Fit Mumma for women who are juggling kids, chores, work, and everything in between, and who need a routine that actually fits their life (not the other way around).
